As we begin the month of April, I reflect back on mid March where the spring equinox, solar eclipse and super moon all converged on the same day of the month. I was told by a good friend and astrologer that this time and day was a powerfully energetic moment for everyone on the planet and I should plant seeds of intention for the upcoming year and future during this cosmic coincidence.
I was grateful for his suggestion, wisdom and knowledge and set very strong intentions while attending a seminar in California. My intention that day and today is to evolve, empower and elevate myself to a higher vibration where I can teach, heal, and inspire others to radiate their light, connect to spirit and develop their psychic ability while living a more peaceful, authentic and abundant life.
There are people that come into your life at the right time and place handing you tools to start moving you toward your dream and goal. Their message resonates with your soul and makes you work toward something you’re not 100% sure of yet, but your intuitive self pulls you to follow anyway. That person is a motivator or mentor who deeply cares and shares their work, triumphs, challenges and experiences allowing you to get a glimpse of their personal journey, so you can learn valuable lessons from their life story.
The motivational mentor I’m talking about is Brendon Burchard. I first saw Brendon’s video thru a Hay House e-mail and was so impressed with his brilliance, authenticity and acquired knowledge that I immediately signed up for his online achievement accelerator course last November. MOVIES
While mentors are trusted advisers on our path, movies play an important role in motivating us through the characters, scenes, storyline and underlying message. I always loved films, but started
to pay more attention to the messaging during the early stages of my psychic development. My guides showed me movies from my childhood they wanted me revisit and see; such as, The Sound of Music and Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
At first, I didn’t understand why they wanted me to see these films, but when I decided to watch the old flicks, it all made sense. A more recent film they encouraged me to see was A Knight’s Tale starring the late Heath Ledger. It was pivotal to my growth in believing, practicing and nurturing natural abilities to do this work even when there was very little support from those around and closest to me. MUSIC
Music carries a strong vibrational tone, and when an artist or band gets up and plays a song that beats to the heart and the lyrics resonate to the soul, it becomes a hit, lifting the mind, body spirit! Music was instrumental in my development too.
Songs like The Voice by the moody Blues, It’s the Climb by Mylie Cyrus and Believe by Lenny Kravitz empowered me during a time in my life when I was lost and looking for answers. I was fortunate enough to pay attention to my instinct and listen to the lyrics which empowered me to keep going toward that dream!
